Die Herstellung umfasst in der Regel mehrere Schritte:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Entfernen von Schmutz und Verunreinigungen: Die Sojabohnen werden zuerst gereinigt, um Schmutz, Staub und andere Verunreinigungen zu entfernen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Trocknung: Die gereinigten Sojabohnen werden getrocknet, um die Feuchtigkeit zu reduzieren und die Haltbarkeit zu verbessern.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sch\u00e4len und Entfetten: Die \u00e4u\u00dfere Schale der Sojabohnen wird entfernt, um das Sojamehl herzustellen. Anschlie\u00dfend werden die Bohnen oft entfettet, um den Fettgehalt im Sojamehl zu reduzieren. Dies kann durch Pressen oder Extraktion mit L\u00f6sungsmitteln wie Hexan erfolgen. Sogenanntes vollfettes Sojamehl wird eben nicht entfettet bei diesem Schritt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Zerkleinern und Mahlen: Die gesch\u00e4lten und entfetteten Sojabohnen werden zerkleinert und zu einem feinen Pulver gemahlen.
